I had had trouble being willing to go to bed and would stay up very late and sleep very late the next day. After my life got more active, I was motivated to have longer days and therefore needed to go to bed earlier, but I was still afraid to, as if I had to stay alert and awake. Sara and I worked on this one day, and that very night I became so tired about 8:30 pm that I had to fall into bed and was asleep before 9 pm. I awoke the next day at 6 am and felt good all day because I had time to pursue my interests. This makes me feel more in control of my life and more confident about making choices.

"I had a woman cash in a gift certificate her daughter gave her for a meal from me this week. When I left the home of a regular South Austin customer to head to Westlake and deliver her meal, it started raining. I did not realize how far away the woman lived when I didn't. The way my brain works has changed, thanks to the EFT work we've done together. I thought about how I have been considering lowering the percentage of organic ingredients in my food so I can lower my prices and get more customers. The truth is that I don't want to lower the percentage of organic ingredients in my food. I started to feel excited. I was driving through a very prosperous area. I thought, "this person is going to get food from me today, she's going to love it, and she's going to subscribe to my meal delivery service because she can afford to." This thought brought a confident smile to my face. As I continued to drive, any time I felt a little twitch of frustration about the traffic or the rain or the amount of time I had to spend in the car, I tapped and said, "I allow only prosperity to come to me from my business."
Two days later, there was an envelope in my mailbox from the woman. Inside was a card expressing how much she and her husband had enjoyed the food and a check for a one-month subscription.
